Qualification of employees NАТ Kazakhstan JSC is defined by categories (only 5 categories). Certain set of professional knowledge and skills, experience, corporate competence and a range of salaries corresponds to each certain category. Each employee himself defines his competence, knowledge and gained experience and then confirms or does not confirm it within appraisal. Otherwise he has a chance to do it in a half year. Level of employees’ competence development as well as his efficiency - whether his working aims had been reached is to be defined during personal appraisal. Personal appraisal reveals which employees’ qualities and skills need to be developed to raise his value and to bring the maximal advantage for business of the company.
