Prime -Minister of the RK is for active development of IT-industry”

Parliament is intended to support active development of IT-industry in Kazakhstan premier-minister Karim Massimov informed.
“There is no alternative for IT-industry. Every country today I that or other kind continues development of E-Government, development of IT-industry.
Also, we have made a decision - the development of IT-industry on the whole will go on” - he said, responding to the questions from the industry representatives at a meeting with the business community.
So, now it is declared “a very big tender for building of” e-Ministry of Finance”, - Mr. Massimov said.
“Various companies are fighting to win in the tender. I think that now we have reached a level of development, when on the basis of a common structure of the Ministry of Finance, we can take the next step. We say “yes”, and welcome the attraction of investments in IT-sector. Also, this project is proceeding on the basis of the new technologies. We continue to invest resources there. Moreover, basing on information technology with the support of the private sector IT-University will be established. This direction is very important and promising”, - the head of Government said.
Development of IT-industry is very fast, so Kazakhstani representatives of the industry must move forward, he reminded. “Apart from the IT-industry itself it is needed training, retraining of staff, attraction IT-specialists”, - added Mr. Massimov.
