People’s Democratic Party “Nur Otan” worked out “The Concept of Industrial and Innovative Development of Kazakhstan for 2010-2014 with a view by 2030.
The experts of well-known consulting companies «Strategy Partners», «Bauman Innovation», as well as authorized international experts from Israel and Finland took part in developing the Concept. As in the presentation itself, and in the explanatory note it was attracted to the public’s attention a very clear policy on “three levels of opportunities and priorities”, and formation of “technology and innovation policies of the new generation.” Interesting expert’s comments can be found in the 105-page presentation of the Concept, which is rich in facts, infographics and analysis.
